One way to tell if someone has been cheating is by looking to see if someone has got loads and loads and loads of achievements all in the one day much like this:

. Mr Dispencer?? If Mr Dispencer is the Engi's dispencer it always cheats, as does the Engi, by getting source mod on the server and building a sentry that he can move around, or build a sentry on a car that can be moved around the battlefield (YouTube the last one, it was funny).
