I was going to say stardock, but objectdock got it. He also has a custom theme for winXP, can't tell which from the look of it.

I like sims 2 better than sims 3. I bought sims 3 all excited and I never play it. Its just not as fun as the last one.

The thing i dont like Sims 3 for is that it doesn't allow multiple of your sim families in one city... everything else i think was an improvement
