Battlefield Bad company 2 which runs better?

Ok so im planning to get battlfield bad company 2 on either ps3 or pc
Reasons for ps3
1. My friend is gonna play it and since i got MW2 for the pc he wants me to get battlfield bad company for ps3
2. I dont have to update anything (drives firewall etc)
3. I dont get lag spikes like i do on PC
4. On the ps3 i dont get errors or anything to interrupt me while im playing
Reasons for PC
1. I can actually communicate
2. Plenty of space
3. Graphics might be able to be better then ps3
4. Its 10 bucks cheaper
please give ps3 a fair judgement do not instantly go for a PC because you think its the best thank you
