Coming from a guy who drew this.

A sample of my artwork, it should be noted I've never taken an art class, and doodle stuff like this during boring lectures. I do have a scanner should I actually want a decent picture of something, but I'm too lazy to actually start it up right now.

Ho shit, you're the only person within a 3000 mile radius to actually think I took my time on those doodles.

so anyways, the penguin is basically me, as i cannot draw people that look like people (They look like random floating limbs, i don't draw necks, legs, and arms. So the people look all disconnected and shit.)

The body design is fairly well done but you need thin black lines outlining the scout seeing as how you made his skin Casper White.
