I just meant that I don't think there is any way for a user to change their username, because he said that he would not be changing it.

Admins and maybe moderators can. Just depends on what Captain allows. But since Riftoff said it, I assume he can.

Hellfire had the record for most "No" votes, and this guy got like 12 in one day.

Like i said, im done with admin vote the only thing me and hellfire have in common are votes for admin.

Just because someone is not admin-worthy doesn't mean that they are not worthy of being in the community. Would it be nice if everyone had the maturity to have admin? Yea, but yea right is more like it.
