1UP was bought out by another game site (one that sucked majorly). 1UP hadn't been making money for awhile, and had to cancel EGM and other major players left the sinking ship proactively. But yeah, if you've got more time to waste check out the old episodes of GFW Radio. Shawn Elliot and Jeff Green, the two hosts in the original episodes, are the people most responsible for getting me into PC gaming, ( I didn't even play PC games much, but this show was so awesome, I listened anyway) griefing and having an awesome sense of humor.
