So let's talk about Bahrain.
It's getting pretty bad there, worse then it ever really got in Egypt. I feel like as the revolution spreads to other countries, it will get increasingly violent as dictators realize they could very easily be overthrown and the oppressed realize no matter how violent their rulers are, they can still take over.
I've got an old friend who lives in Bahrain, I've been trying to get in touch with him, to no avail. Let's hope things cool down, for him and his family's sake.

Re: Mayhem at the Middle East!
The only men who deserve to die in this conflict are the government leaders who would massacre their own citizens just for a few more years of power.
I struggle to find words to express my rage.
The regime is massacring it's own citizens, using .50 cal bullets.
The only logical reason I can think of for the Libyan army using those overpriced pieces of crap is that they just keep going, rip from one person into the next. Thus ripping through the mobs.
It's not just cruel, it's inhuman.
The only people who are to be respected in this conflict are those who are willing to die for a chance to taste freedom.
I struggle to find words to express my admiration.

Whilst world powers are simply giving empty words, people are giving their lives.

Yeah, don't look at page 3 if you've got any sort of gag reflex.

China sending forces near Libya.
I agree with the French government that Libya's problems can only be solved by self determination and a foreign intervention would just exacerbate the problem in the long run, but what could be going on with the two largest superpowers sending forces within spitting distance of Libyan waters?
Nobody can invade without the permission of the UN security council. Remember as France is a permanent part of the UN security council, no one can invade without its approval.
Russia and China are also permanent members that don't want military intervention. But China seems to be rethinking that position based on the news.
