If the earth rotated twice as fast the gravity would be 67% what it is right now, he'd just be 33% lighter, and accelerate in terminal velocity 10% faster, which decrease by 5%. You wouldn't feel the sudden change however. HURAY for physics and my Nazism over it.
EDIT: Oh, and the pressure would change so acceleration and terminal velocity are off.
