hands are the hardest lol.
you should try drawing your left/right hand loosely with different positions, then it'll be easier (:

Make a black outline with all pictures you make, it tells the person viewing the picture that you meant to put that there, that it wasn't a smudge on the art.

I wouldn't call this anime, mainly because it isn't animated. Its just using an art style. Not saying it isn't a good picture [it is], just saying.
