Back on topic.
The new season of Toaru Majutsu no Index has been thus far disappointing.
They have tried twice within 2 episodes to make me care about an entirely new character or, even worse, a side character in a subplot that may not ever be seen. Worst of all they tied it in with most of the episodes to spare. It has left me not giving a shit about some asshole crying on a rooftop or some guy's lover dying.
There is an art to creating an attachment to a character within a short amount of time; season 2 is doing it wrong.
Now let's get on to the fanservice. Episode 2 of season 2 was ridiculous, ie: Derp, nun in a shortskirt and countless seemingly lewd encounters.
I am disappoint.
