I can't think of a single Dragon pokemon who really gives a damn about Fairy-types. Maybe Hydreigon, but that's because he has a 4x weakness to them. Most dragons learn Steel Type moves and Gengar / Mega Mawile /MEGA AGGRON will destroy any Fairy pokemon to be honest. It'll come out after the first smash bros patch.
