Building something awsome? Post it Here!
Why build amazing things if they are far away or otherwise hidden if nobody will see them. I just created this thread so that people can show off their creations, be prideful in what they do! Post plans/pictures/comments of projects you are willing to do. Keep in mind that this server has a separate world dedicated to just redstone creations. I wish that this could be organized into it's own subforum, but i'm not sure if I could do that.
I'm curious to see what people will build. :P
I'll start with my current project. I am building an entirely redstone powered tic-tac-toe board. I've already made one of these on a previous map, but this tic tac toe board is going to have an AI. A computer player to play against, completey powered by redstone.

Well, I don't quite understand the adding photos option, lol. So what i did was added them to my photobucket xD. Here's the link to the album. These weren't made on Zora's server, but they were made by me. I thought they were pretty cool and should be shared.

Inventory editors are so cool... Cool people build stuff without so much as the op /give command.
Blackmesa intro from half life 1 that a friend and i made on his server. that version is unfinished, we are almost done building, we're waiting to see what 1.8 holds before calling it done.

actual project starts at 7:00.

I don't have a life. I do, however, have a fully working tic tac toe board, in minecraft, made completely out of redstone.
This here is the display. I beat myself in tic tac toe
You can see the rail line (for tours) and the player chamber suspended in this pic.
This is my capsule of afkness. Its a necessity after a long hard day's work.
This was the most not entertaining thing to build: the win detection system. However, it is, oddly enough, the thing that had to be debugged the least.
This is the back of the display. It is rather ugly looking because this is the fastest way to get the power to where it needs to go. If I went with the simpler way, it'd be far too slow.
80% of the redstone is found in these massive cords that span for a hundred or so blocks. at 9 wires wide, thank goodness for worldedit.
Here's a closer look at the back of the display. Some of these wires aren't used, due to me changing my mind in the middle of wiring up the board.
This is the closer view of the suspended player chamber.
This is a large view of about 50% of the circuit.
So, all in all, I have no life, but hey, this stuff happens when a freak snow/ice storm hits and you are out of school for a week (unfortunately some of those days were without power )
I'll be opening up this map to the public once I have a good way of protecting it so one hooligan doesn't pour a bucket of water in some inconvenient location.
