OK so here is a newer, more fair, version of the skating rink:

- NO sentries allowed. period.
- Poster with instructions of what to do.
- On spawn it tells you what to do through a message display.
- Slanted floors and lowered ceilings so the only possible spot you can snipe from platform to platform is at the very bottom of the ramp.
- Added Ramps to each side that are toggled by colored buttons near the original ramps that connect to the platforms.
- Removed stupid perks
- Added a headless hatman spawner that can only be activated by an admin ( just for fun)
- some visual changes
Download it. I guarantee it is much more enjoyable than B3.
I learned how do to a lot of workarounds that weren't intended for your average tf2 map (hence why they are called workarounds). I present to you my version of skate2, much like the original one in TFC.
Layout
The map features a skating rink that forces you to move around the rink at a fast pace. Each side has their own small base to house their intel and their spawn.
Scoring
-The first team to do 25 laps with the opposing team's intel wins.
- The map ends after one round (subject to change)
Extras
Every 5 laps, the team gets a 'bonus' that will help them win all the faster.
Specifics
- 6 seconds after a dropped intel before it returns (unless its the special intel in which case its instantly returned)
Notes:
The bonuses each team gets might come out to be very lame, so they are subject to change if they suck too much.
Its only alpha 1 so there's still major room for improvement and changes. I'd love to see what its like with a full server. Yes, sentry guns will probably be feared.
