Buying items in TF2?

Valve is now selling items from as low at .50 cents to all the way to 50 dollars (then again, its 63% off -_-).

What is your opinion on this?
I don't think Vavle really needed more money, its not like there were going bankrupt.
But what are you gonna do? Money is money.

It's not like Valve is making it so only certain items can be bought. Everything can still be found, and all the old stuff you found that can only be bought now are "Vintage", since you got them by finding them and not buying them.

And valve knows it's a touchy subject which is why they are using cash as more of a shortcut approach, not like some other games where most good items could only be obtained by filling the CEO's bathtub with Benjamins.

Im sure valve is making SO much money off of this its not even funny. Its tempting to buy things but DONT ;| I just bought two keys and I got that freaking robot arm for engi TWICE. Keep wasting my money on this stuff xD

Well at-least TF2 isn't one of those "pay every month to play" games or one of those games that make it possible for players to buy overpowered weaponry that only people who have the money advantage in-game. (Thank god for balance! n_n) Personally, I don't think I'm ever gonna buy from the TF2 store, I'd rather take the time to find them and trade (Its not like I have the money to buy anything from it anyways).
