ok so my brothers steam group has this mod that is basicly team talk and all talk put into 1. you have 1 button for team talk and 1 for all talk. with this mod installed we can strategize and talk to each the other team if we want to. the normal talk key is set to be team talk and the second key is the all talk 1. so i might be able to get this mod for us through my bro but what i need to know is if we want it.
if we get it i will give captain the file to put into the server.

Would that mean +voicerecord is alltalk and some custom command like +voicerecordteam is teamtalk?

not totally sure but what i understand is that your normal talk key is for team talk and you would have to bind another key for all talk
