12/11 Added 6 Player Slots

I added 6 player slots to the server to bring the total slots to 30 (29 + 1 reserve). This will allow the server to play arena in 10 vs 10 rather than 8 v 8. 4 more people playing on arena breakfloor!

go into console and type: connect 216.52.143.45:27015

Use the other IP for the other server.

idk if its just for orange admins, but if not it doesn't work correctly. I've done it on the funserver more than once when its full and it always says i was dropped due to slot reservation.

You can also use the TF2 game menu to do it quickly, since all it does is put the command captain said into clickable form.
