Remove public access to the sm_vote any vote ("/vote 'Question' 'Answer 1' 'Answer 2' 'Answer 3'...") if possible. Any other vote is fine.

Done (possibly pending server restart)

Edit: I also increased the percentage required to pass melee vote to 75%
