Well if you gave us the pic we could fix it using photoshop I guess. Not much I can do over here without the pic.

Eh, if given time I suppose I could clean it up for you but I guarantee that there are people on this forum that are way better at this.

Her name is Narth Orwhal.
'Cause I like Thor and Narwhals. So I put the two names together and the same on her helmet. C: C: C:

Well, what exactly do you want done? I mean I see the pixely stuff around the lines but...
If you scanned it just scan again at higher res.
DON'T use paint. Get Gimp, I have photoshop but figured I'd give Gimp a try and with 1 minute it was 1,000 times better than paint.
You probably just compressed it too much when saving it in paint. Gimp might give you better results even at same size/compression.
Nice drawing though, and it's sad she had to kill a Narwhal to make that helmet.

First, you saved it as a JPEG in paint. That means your quality is going to suck. Even if you want it in JPG format, do it in GIMP or Photoshop and save it with 100% quality.
What you probably need to do after that is some antialiasing work.

Yeah, all I was going to do was re-save in photoshop and just fix quality.

Sigh, I didn't scan it. I took a picture of it with my phone. Sigh. Um I'll see what I can do. I just wanted to get those darn little pixels out of the picture.
Here is the original.

I'll take a stab at it tommorrow Sas, basically what I do at work.
Inkscape will work great. It's a freeware vector art program, you should check it out.

Lets see what I can attach...
Should be a decent res jpeg you can shrink for avatar or something.
And the svg file is an Inkscape file. You can open it and change thickness of lines, add color, whatever. You can scale it too but I think the best way for a good png out of it is to keep the drawing large, export png, open png in gimp and save to size as hi res jpeg.

attach svg?
hmm, guess I can't attach svg, could email though.
heres a png too
--------
now I see, the png is transparent because I didn't add a background color. Oh well, the jpg is probably better anyway

Idk. If she made that into a TF2 spray, staying transparent like that, I think it'd look pretty cool.
...not that she's doing that.

Hmmm. Everyone is asking me if I'm gonna do it for a spray.
I guess I'll try it. Not like there is a down side to it.
