This seems like it may be able to work.

TF2 has always had problems with demos recorded pre-update. Thought they said something about fixing it in one of the recent ones, but I guess not. The only way I've figured out how to play them is to copy a downgraded version of TF2 relative to your demo and play it with that.

Now all you need to do is bookmark the link to your post (viewtopic.php?p=53357#p53357) whenever someone asks and you're set!

It's been advertised, not really an official map by Valve's terms.

And it is and should be only used as a single player map. Reason is that it uses bots and sv_cheats to change all the settings. sv_cheats + public server = bad.

Especially with L4D2, you can make servers with friends and play extremely easily. No need for a custom server unless you love having your ping at ~40.

Why hasn't it recorded in forever? Most old demos aren't compatible with the newer builds of TF2.

With the addition of the new cvar for melee only sudden death, this shouldn't be an issue and break the server all the time. I'd prefer this to even more stalemate-y sudden deaths.

I wish I saw these admins do this idiotic crap so I could ban THEM. Anyways, I will work on getting you unbanned (I sent you a PM).

I hope all the spawn issues are resolved this time, the only drawback to some of the previous versions was the long respawn times. Otherwise, one of my favorite maps.
