It already has a capture point, but the number of rounds that go by don't matter, as arena maps on the server are configured with unlimited rounds. As much as I hate melee checkers, it wouldn't be so bad if it looked better. I have a few ideas that I've been meaning to sketch out, if you're interest...

Maybe they shouldn't stand still then. Pretty sure there are jump pads in that map that make it so you don't walk in a straight line, too. arena_chamber_b4, for some reason, is still playing, even though Medics can break it and Scouts can still use the shortstop.
