I think they're terrible as a combo, personally. If I'm going to sacrifice my ability to disguise at will then I want to be able to cloak quickly and vice versa. Without either I just feel like a sitting duck who's one goal is just to restore the dead ringer so that I can just survive longer.

Try reentering your steam ID and then it will go to normal. I know this because Ram reset his admin votes because clearly there's still the slightest chance he'll actually reach admin.
