It definitely makes a big difference whether you know the person who did it. Contacting Steam is the best idea, but if you know who may have done it, try guessing what they might have changed it to if it is at all possible to do so.

Against Pyros: Shoot the ground in front of them, just out of range of their reflect. Take your time and wait for the pyro to charge. Once they are coming at you, it is a lot harder to reflect.
